21st Century Asian Christian Leadership Training to all Indonesian Candidate Pastors through relevant and regular training for free

Training Curriculum

1. Biblical Evangelism 
– intensive in-depth sessions plus practical preaching exercises about the Gospel in a way that the participant will come to believe in Jesus and His Gospel personally and be challenged to share it to the world 

2. Christian Leadership 
– intensive in-depth sessions about Christian Leadership principles and practical leadership exercises that will prepare the participants for possible leadership problems or situations in their respective ministry places in the future

3. English 
– Basic conversational English sessions plus exercises to improve their English skills in preparation for future international ministry opportunities

4. Digital Ministries 
– This class is an introduction in doing digital ministry including branding, utilizing Zoom, Google Meet and other Communication Application, editing photos, pdf files, and videos in editing application or Canva and maximizing social media for 21st Century ministry

These trainings require two (2) months of residential training at Wisma Tabor HKBP. 

​The training Sessions will be conducted in a hybrid learning style where our full-time faculty from Singapore, the U.S.A., and the Philippines will regularly meet with the participants through appropriate and up-to-date equipment via the Zoom Application.
