Pastors' International Club Indonesia (PIC Indonesia) Hub Rule

Welcome to the Pastors' International Club Indonesia (PIC Indonesia) Hub.
A space for Kingdom-minded Pastors gather to inspire change, empower leaders, and transform lives.
 
We are delighted to provide this space for fellowship, prayer, bible studies, and community building among pastors committed to expanding God's kingdom. To ensure a pleasant and productive environment for all members, please adhere to the following rules:

Access and Security
  1. Smart Lock Card Usage:
    • Each pastor is issued a smart lock card for accessing Level 1 of the hub.
    • Use your card to enter and exit the hub. Ensure the door is securely closed after each use.
  2. CCTV Monitoring:
    • Level 1 is monitored by CCTV for security purposes. Your cooperation is appreciated to maintain a safe environment.

General Conduct
  1. Cleanliness:
    • Keep the hub clean and tidy at all times.
    • Dispose of trash in the designated bins.
    • Clean up after yourself in all areas, including meeting rooms, prayer spaces, and common areas.
  2. Orderliness:
    • Return furniture and equipment to their original positions after use.
    • Personal belongings should not be left unattended or stored in common areas.

Equipment Usage
  1. Television:
    • Use the TV for club-related activities only.
    • Turn off the TV when not in use.
  2. Coffee Machine:
    • Follow the instructions for proper use of the coffee machine.
    • Refill water and coffee supplies if they run out.
    • Clean the machine after use.
  3. Air Conditioner:
    • Use the air conditioner responsibly. Turn it off when leaving the room or when it's not needed.
  4. Lights:
    • Turn off lights when not in use to conserve energy.
  5. Water:
    • Use water responsibly.
    • Ensure taps are turned off after use to prevent wastage.

Kitchen and Dining Area
  1. Supplies, Plates, Cups, Spoons, Forks:
    • Use kitchen supplies and utensils as needed.
    • Wash and return them to their designated places after use.
  2. Refrigerator:
    • Label any personal items stored in the refrigerator.
    • Clean out any expired items.
    • Ensure the refrigerator door is properly closed after each use.

Restroom and Sink
  1. Restroom:
    • Keep the restroom clean and hygienic.
    • Report any issues to the hub management promptly.
  2. Sink:
    • Clean the sink after use.
    • Do not leave dishes or other items in the sink.

Overnight Stay
  1. QR Code Scan:
    • If you wish to stay overnight, scan the QR code on your smart lock card upon entry.
    • Ensure you have all necessary accommodations and inform hub management of your stay.

Closing the Hub
  1. End of Day Procedures:
    • Ensure all equipment is turned off.
    • Verify that all windows and doors are securely closed and locked.
    • Perform a final check to ensure cleanliness and orderliness.

​Compliance
  1. Adherence to Rules:
    • All pastors are expected to comply with these rules.
    • Failure to adhere to these rules may result in restricted access to the hub.
